I have been working on this OBE technique that works and I would like to know if it works for you guys. Here it is:
---MEDITATION---
Meditate using this type of breathing. Close your eyes when doing this. Expel all air from the lungs. Now inhale for 4 seconds, hold for four seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, hold for four seconds...you get the idea. Repeat this for 15 minutes, each breath taking in energy or flushing out used or excess energy.
---OBE---
My way to OBE is just before bed. It works well. After becoming comfortable, visualize a shaft of bright light shining on your face. I prefer to use rose-colored light, but use whatever color you'd like. Now feel your astral body bathing in this light until you feel the vibrations, being pulled towards the colorful warmth. Now feel the light taper off, carrying your astral body into the air. To return gradually, feel the opposite color of light pulling you back to your physical body.
