The Princess Bride "A Classic tale of True Love and High Adventure" by S. Morgenstern The Good Parts ~Abridged by William Goldman"
Ah... Others believe that S. Morgenstern is the true author of the book. Then there are those who believe that William Goldman wrote the book himself So... what's going on here?
Did William Goldman use S. Morgenstern as his alias? Or is it vice versa? o_O
What do you think?
Here's a debate that seems to have many facts: http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Makeup/6353/debate.html
MYSELF: well... :) For the first few years, I only knew of William Goldman, so I thought HE was the author. Then, later on, I believed S. Morgenstern to have been the true author. NOW... I think that William Goldman did use S. Morgenstern as an alias. Although I still cling to the dream that S. Morgenstern did exist and that Florin is a real place that I can visit one day.
