Please Delete-Never Gonna Happen------>Dates--What would I tell him?

Hey-What's up everyone?I am really bored so I thought I'd make a post. I had to think about what to make it on but I've finally decided. I think this guy I like is going to ask me out.I'm not allowed to date. 16 at the youngest and 18 at the latest.Well, what do I tell him if he asks and I know many of you would say something like just ask your parents or just tell him what's going on but it's not that easy.He just broke up with his girlfriend--I don't know why but I need to know what to tell him because it could be a lot of different things depending on the situation at the time he asks me (if, really).He could be asking me out just to be mean to me, or because he just thinks he likes me, because he needs someone to get his mind off his old girlfriend but he doesn't really care about who it is just someone, or because he really likes me. I really don't know what to say.I don't know him very well and when he first starting talking to me (I know him through a mutal friend) I was absolutely terrified of him and I still am a little bit because I don't know him very well and I like him so much. So what do I tell him.I want to tell him something about why I can't and that I would if I could but I don't know how to say it and I need something that fits all the possible situations and something that he can't use back at me like in a mean way (I don't think he would but then again there's a lot you wouldn't think about some people, so just to be safe) and that's where I need your help.I don't know why he talks to me or anything like that as in I don't know why he is gonna ask me out or anything. I was walking with my friend around school the other morning and he and his g/f or ex g/f or whatever and 1 or 2 other people were walking about 5-10 feet ahead of us and I would look over at them and then they would be talking and then he look back at us (or me I dunno) and then we got to the end of the hall where we had to turn off somewhere and I started to think he thought I was following him which I sorta was but not really (so I was thinking about turning and going back the way we came but that would make it obvious and so would turning down the same hallway as them) and then we turned one way and he turned the other and the next thing I know I hear him say bye and he's standing/walking with me right next to me and we walked around until class started so I don't know what any of that means and I thought it might help some of you come to a conclusion of what I should say. He is one year ahead of me and I dunno if that would have anything to do with it but I haven't had much luck with older people just because of my annoying personality. And I'm also afraid that he will be mad at me because he might feel led on and not even be able to take me out in the end which makes me scared that it will ruin our friendship.
