Cant find the words

I cant bring myself to say it
Say how I feel inside
About how I sit alone at night
And think of ways to hide

I dont remember the last time
I told you how I felt
How the worst things you can imagine
Are whats going through my mind

I try to find the words
To tell you why I cry
But when I think,
I've found the strength
All I can do is lie

So here I am, alone again
Back to where I started
And now I'll try to find the courage,
Deep within my heart.
