My tub is slow to drain and I always forget to buy a bottle of liquid Draino while I'm out shopping. The other day, while waiting forever for the tub to drain, I got an idea...yeh, my mistake, LOL...
I decided to mix some Oxy Clean with some Coca Cola...I mean, alone Coke is acidic and can eat the rust off of a battery, and Oxy Clean eats all things organic, so I thought the combination would clear my drain.
Well, I wasted a coke and some cleaner because I got no results. So much for my great scientific moment. The only thing I discovered was that I was hopeless.
Have any of you ever held mock experiments in your home, attempting to avoid having to go back to the store? Or just for fun? Were you successful? Tell us about your trials and errors :)
BTW, Am I the only one who always puts the peanut butter in the fridge, even though everytime I use it, I curse myself for not keeping it in the pantry?
I had to go shopping this evening for diapers and my husband told me the truck had plenty of gas before I left. Good thing, I didn't even think of checking the gas...See what happens in the last trimester...your brain shrinks and it doesn't come back to full size until six months after the baby is born...Where's the logic? Anyhow, I'm rambling...
