Yep a few times, but I always make make it right...plus there was a sale on a item can't remember what, but the sign was right above the cashier's head and he over charged me and I said something about it and was told ummm that is from last week sale's ....I told him well then take it down..it's misleading the customers and I should get it for the sale price...all I got was "talk to the manager"....grrrr and it seems like the prices change every other day. |

go back and get some of your money back then...take the receipt to the service desk, tell them it's wrong & get your money |

hey ya know what? do you still have your sales receipt? when you do have time, go back to the store, check the prices again, and if you got over charged, go to the customer service desk and tell them, and anything you were over charged, you SHOULD get a complete and total refund. I work as a cashier in a grocery store, and at EVERY ONE of our cashier meetings, our manager drills it into our heads that if an item priced on the shelf is rung into the register wrong, the customer gets it free. There was even an article in the vancouver sun awhile back about it. We actually photocopied it and put it on each til so that the customer AND the cashier can see it. It doesn't matter if its a day, week, or month after. You deserve a complete refund of everything that was rung in wrong. |

unfortunately.. they said they would give me back the difference but that only adds up to a few dollars... and it's a 15-20 min drive outta town so it takes a bit to get out there |

it would cost more to drive out there then for what i would get back most likely.. it's just very unfortunate the fact that i didn't have the time to stay and get it figured out |

What they did to us once was this..I shared a cart with my husbands uncle and he got in front of me and was paying for his things first, everything was separated like if we were not together and she still wound up charging him for one of my cases of soda and then I paid for the same case again LOL ( I can laugh now)well we brought it to her attentiopn and she tried to give us a hard time so after checking out we both went to customer service,I argued the point until they gave him his money back for the case of imaginary soda LOL you have to watch them as they ring it all up or you will get cheated,I know you did not have enough time to argue the point ,but in cases like this you have to fight or you are out of the money. Once this cashier told me that she could not ring up my cake becasue the scan thing was off the cake ,I have seen others do it before all they do is look at the bakery code and get the price from the numbers as they punch it in,she told me to go back and get a new cake I said No I am just not gettingthecake then,I hope being too lazy to punch in numbers was worth losing the sale LOL |

Yes, I have had to correct them several times about the prices, my eyes are glued to the screen when they are being rung up. |
