Maybe I misunderstood this but just because someone has a kid, doesn't mean they shouldn't get involved w/ someone. It may not be good to get involved with an employee though. Just in case things didn't work out.  |

I don't really think dating within the company is a wise idea....especially boss/employee.....most of the time it only causes problems....But I don't see why having a child has anything to do with it.....IF they were to get involved she could get a sitter on occassion...he could just GO over to her house or they could do things with the child *activities dependent on the age of the child*  |

rule #1 in a job-- don't date the boss. If ya haveta to date boss, fund another job first. I think this should be his first concern. As for the child situation, if your brother is mature enough, then he will have enough patience and understanding to deal with the fact that her responsibilities as a parent are always going to be a priority over him.  |
