Well recommend her some good books and sites. Check out http://paganwiccan.about.com that may help tell you some more stuff to tell her. Also make sure her intentions are pure, i.e. she isnt doing it because of Harry Potter like beliefs or anything. Its a religion, she should know. By the way remember to tell her wicca is the religious witch and witch is bascially free for all beliefs. Explain the difference between a witch, wiccan, and pagan (see my other post.) Explain it takes a lot of dedication to learn, etc...  |

kaj (typing this in secret see other post in events) i've been trying to do so trying to figure out a way to do so, i'm interested to see if she knows anyone else interested (without getting people to convert) basically i'm not a very religious witch so i'll probably come to ya'll for info if that's what she needs... ~*moonstorm*~  |

well see you probably should tell her that, because ask her what she wants to learn: wicca, witchcraft, or just magick or paganisim? If she wants to learn wicca you might not be the best teacher because she would have to have someone who believed in the deities and was religious that way, or at least knew enough on it to teach :p. |

on a few more notes of help. Check out Scoot Cunninghams books, he gives advice on how to teach the craft. Also NEVER EVER teach something you dont know yourself, and if your teaching her magick, make sure you are skilled enough to get her out of a sticky situation if one arises. Only do stuff and teach stuff you KNOW WELL. |

okay her friend in california was wiccan and she has other friends who are so that's how she got into it. she hasn't decided which path she'll take though ~*moonstorm*~ |
