The same thing happened to me when I had a Lucid Dream...except.. I actually did have one,... but I couldn't remember what happened. Did it happen to you to (if u tried having a Lucid Dream) did u meditate?

Well there are a couple of techniques to do this depending on when you try to OB. One way is just to sit up in bed that way it's hard for you to fall asleep since your uncomfortable. Another way is if you're laying down, to prop your elbow up and if you fall asleep your arm will fall down, waking you up. Give it a shot and let us know what happens :)  |

^_^ you fell asleep. And to further note, if this is the case... STOP OBEING WHEN YOU ARE TIRED!!! If not, please say so and i will write a formal apology addressing my comment. Explaination of my comment: OoBE's take alot of energy, if you are tired, then you will obviously not have any energy at all. So make sure, whenever you attempt, you are energized. ^_^  |
