What I have done when put into this situation is socialize with everyone go on about your business as usual and pretend the person you don't want interaction with as though they're invisible and not going to bother you. Keep composure and have eye contact with those you are interacting with not directly in the direction or eyes of the girl you're avoiding. After awhile it will feel as though she's not even there. I had to do this at a gathering of friends that were at the local bowling alley of a person that owned it that had done several people wrong and she owned the bowling alley and had sold it but still hung out there all the time. She was in our group of friends for years but over the years she had hurt soo many people with her rudeness and actions. And lost soo many of her friends and business because of it. I'm going to go read the other Post you mentioned cause I don't know yet what happened between this older girl and yourself. I replied here first. Hang in there sis and don't let her change your plans of being there on Sunday.  |
