Sweetie, this is Pookie Love. My son was in that position at the age of 9. His best friend died in his arms and he couldn't get a hold of me. He loved that fuzzy thing more than anything and he was a shaking nervous wreck when I got back. I've also lost my best friend, but he was stolen and shot by a family member. We'll keep you company. Everyone here knows the pain your feeling, and I won't demean you by saying "it's all for the best" That has got to be the most insensitive thing a person can say. We'll stay right here... |
