First of all, don't call it a diet! For some reason that word makes us think that if we have a bad food day, we've broken our diet and might as well give up. Do you have any hobbies you like to do? When a craving hits you, do something with your hands such as your hobby. Do anything to take your mind off food until it's a proper meal time. Good luck!  |

Get a white board marker and write notes to yourself on your mirror, positive ones! Visual aids to motivate you! Please please please dont over do diets! Most Diets are bad! :D Excersise is really good though! :D  |

Well hears something I learned during one of my science classes. When you eat a meal.. and you're on a diet.. you're better off eating the food from a blue plate. Blue makes you less hungry since there aren't many food we eat thats blue, just mainly blueberries. =) I hope this helped.  |

Well, whenever you feel like eating something not so good, like a chocolate ask yourself if you really need to have it now or if it can wait until later. You can also just think about how healthy you'll be if you keep with it. It probably isn't much help but it's the best I could do. I hope this helps.  |
