Taught By Wise Women (Witches) In A Lucid Dream   Author:  15070  Category:(Dreams) Created:(2/14/2003 9:26:00 PM) This post has been Viewed (487 times) As many know-here at USM, the past few years I have undergone a big turn-around in my spiritual quest to find the truths in my life. I believe I have always been a "Witch" (wise woman), from childhood, and probably in previous lives. I spent almost 20 years as a Christian, trying to "pray away" my gifts as something "evil", or "bad". I now embrace them, and I feel whole. Because I did not have a real teacher, per se, I made some mistakes in the beginning of this wonderful new path.....hence, my dream. I dreamed a very lucid dream, I was with a group of women. I do not know them in life, but I know them (and in my dream it made sense-I somehow knew them very well). We were laughing, talking & enjoying each others company. We all looked "quite normal", but I knew we were all Witch/Wiccan's. Magical folk, if you will. One woman was the obvious leader, and when we started to seperate, and go our seperate ways, she stopped me for a talk. She told me she understood I was a "child to the craft", and the "ways of our sisters, and brothers". "However, there are things that are, and are not meant to be shared with everyone". "To do so, can lead to ridicule of sacred things". She told me "not to feel bad-but to remember, spells, and things, do have a life, and spirit of their own, and should not be held up to be mocked by disbelievers, and fearful people". She told me that "some things are secret for a reason-that keeping secrets were not done out of shame, but to keep the spirit intact". I understood-and I awoke with SUCH a feeling of peace & acceptence! It was if it actually happened. The others were not mad, or unhappy with me, but they wanted me to realize the time of "childhood" was over-it was time to mature, correctly, and to understand. I feel tingly just writing about it! How it changed my life: It was a magical dream-and the message meant a lot. I hope others can learn from it's awesome message too.....
