Kronk, I'm really feeling sorry for the guy you've wrote about in this poem. All he has are memories that the bottle helps him to remember, poor old soul. This makes me remember the old gents I knew that would talk of their passed over loves and their longings for the days long gone except in memory. I'll say a prayer for them tonight.  |
