I did for 3 days once because I had a terrible bout of stomach flu and my body couldn't take solid food, so I fasted drinking only water and some lemon juice :P  |

Just drink a ton of water!!! Do something to keep yourself busy so you won't be thinking about food.  |

Drink loads of water yes, keep busy? NO. Relax and conserve your energy, do something that is not going to burn all your energy away, this will leave you short of energy which your mind will need to remain steadfast, it is also not wise to cut off your means of energy and then go burn it all away in a bout of activity. Get a book, videos, music, etc and sit down and relax.  |
