I find the idea of a One World Government to be very appealing. Peacefull technology, equal prosperity and currency. English would be the unifying world-language, but each "state" could keep their native tongues, & cultures alive. I say yea to One World Government. |

A study of human history reveals how difficult it would be to create, much less sustain, a one-world government. The self-serving egos of a very few have always made universal and lasting peace an impossibility. Even if such were not the case, the passions that emanate from political and religious beliefs are other barriers to worldwide peace. In the final analysis, peace is only achieved and maintained through subjugation, because human nature in the 21st century will not willingly cooperate with principles that contradict its own. How ironic that the very avenue so many detest is actually the only means of achieving harmony. |

Harmony brought on through the actions of war... Perhaps... And to that end I question if our own advancement indeed disrupts that subjective harmony... i.e. with chemicals and nukes??? How much can we play... hmmm anyways thanks to all for the replies... Take care |
