As many of you know, I am studying psychology and find it fascinating. Here is one part I learnt not long ago about health psychology. Stress is studied extensively and here is a table of "points" correlated by years of research to determine what factors cause stress the most. Some say, with points higher than around 70 or more, can actually take years off your life!!!!!! But nothing has been proved as yet. Heres the table, its interesting stuff.
