Hmm, well, it can get a bit boring waiting for people to reply to your posts here, but I find it a bit much to have activities here.. The least you could do is read people's posts who don't get much replies, or if you like poetry, kick back and read a bunch.. About replies, I agree, it is a lot to have to do in order to get a taggie.. You must realize, though, that those who make the tags put a large amount of time, effort, and caring into each tag. And if a person only needs to be on the site for a week and type tweny replies, that person is much more likely to, within that amount of time, leave the site. And so it is probably a good thing to explore the site, learn how it works, and read and reply to a little of what is posted before you're given a tag, or you may just think the sit isn't worth your interest after a week or two and leave. Yes, it takes a while, but you feel that much more rewarded and happy to get your tag because of it. Sound would be cool for chat, hmm.. Like when someone says brb, or something like that.. Or when they'd like to get everyone's attention.. Good thoughts!   |

hey you have some valid suggestions there I think. With the more action one, I think there is enough action already. Maybe try going into sections you dont really hang around, and see a different side of USM. USM has an almost laid back attitude, the only action there really is is within the people interacting, and I think thats what makes USM USM. I encourage you to reply to more posts. I know when I first started I was abit overwhelmed by the whole 200 number. But once you get into the swing of things, you really loose sight of the number. But yeah Maybe they should look into sound for chat, that would be a nice change! Anyway thankyou for you thoughtfull suggestions, I'ld like to see what other people think!  |
