My eyelid does that every now and then. Someone told me that it was caused by stress? Having a stressful time lately? I'm not really sure how to get it to stop but everytime I tell someone to look at it while it's twitching, it'll stop lol. Maybe that's the cure. Just playin. But anyways, I hope it stops for ya. I know it can get super annoying. |

I don't know what it could be. Maybe try rinsing your eyes and put cucumbers or teabags over them? |

Mine does that sometimes, but never for a straight hour. Maybe you should contact a doctor.. especially if it's giving you a headache. |

Try wearing dark sunglasses for a while and rest your eyes. I've been told that air goes into your eye and that's what makes it twitch. |
