Do You Like James Bond's Movies? I Do!!!!!! ***Puerto Rican Sweet***

I have always liked James Bond's movies EVER! I am a big fan. I have the whole collection of 007's movies.

I like ALL of the Bond's movies, but my favorites are Thunderball, The Man with the Golden Gun, Moonraker, Never Say Never Again, A View to a Kill, Licence to Kill, For Your Eyes Only, Octopussy, and The World is not Enough.

So, I was just wondering, who else is a big 007's fan and what are your favorite movies?

Date: 3/8/2003 2:00:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    I've always been a big fan of the series. Sean Connery was the very best in my opinion. I've liked all of them but my favorite movie is probably Diamonds Are Forever. Do you remember the red Mustang Mach I that he was driving on two wheels in Las Vegas? I've owned two cars exactly like that except they were both silver.
Date: 3/8/2003 2:04:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    Oh yes, I agree completely! Sean Connery was the best 007, and Roger Moore also. So, you liked Diamonds are Forever better? Was it the girl who used to change wigs constantly? LOL!!! And yes, I remember the Red Mustang Mach I. Wow! I bet it was cool in silver.
Date: 3/8/2003 2:08:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    Yeah, those were very cool cars. Mine were silver with black interiors. I think the woman who kept changing wigs was Jill St. John. No, she really wasn't my type at all. I never went for redheads. LOL!
Date: 3/8/2003 2:10:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    I have a question for you. Do you remember when James Bond was in the funeral home and he found himself in a casket about to be cremated? I never understood that. Was it just his imagination or what? I mean, it showed him inside sweating and trying to figure a way out and, at the same time, the gas jets were engulfing the casket in flames. Then, it was suddenly another scene and he was just fine. If that was ever explained, I missed it. I don't think it was because I've seen that movie a lot of times. That one scene has always bothered me.
Date: 3/8/2003 2:12:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    LOL!!! Oh, I have a question for you Frank! Remember the 2 men that were always together from beginning to end? Were they gay? I mean, in a part, one comments to the other something like: "And the girl who's with him is not bad looking, I mean for a girl." What do you think?
Date: 3/8/2003 2:15:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    Yeah, I liked Roger Moore pretty well. I think the first one of those movies he was in was Live and Let Die. I really liked that. It's another of my favorites. Do you remember which movie it was where he had the white car that turned into a submarine?
Date: 3/8/2003 2:16:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    Yes, I remember that part. What I understood was that the 2 gay men hit him in the neck and he was uncounscious. Then, they put James in the casket and then into the flames so he would die. But, by good luck and fortune, the owner of the Funeral Home opens the casket before he dies. Remember that James Bond NEVER dies. He is a lucky man: is handsome, intelligent, single, has all the moves, and always finds a way to escape death.
Date: 3/8/2003 2:17:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    Mr. Went and Mr. Kidd? They were most definately gay. There's no question about that. My best friend and I used to laugh at them all the time because of the way they acted.
Date: 3/8/2003 2:19:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    The only thing I could figure was what you said. I guess the funeral director was the one who saved him. That was always sort of unclear, though. I don't really see any other explanation.
Date: 3/8/2003 2:20:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    Oh, that was "The Spy Who Loved Me". The car was a Lotus Esprit. Cool car!!
Date: 3/8/2003 2:24:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    Did you know that Licence to Kill was part made here in Puerto Rico at the Arecibo's Observatory. And one of the female actresses, Talisa Soto, is also Puerto Rican?
Date: 3/8/2003 2:28:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    That's right. It had been modified so that it really could do that. The only trouble was that they couldn't figure out a way to keep it from leaking. It was cool, though.
Date: 3/8/2003 2:29:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    No, I didn't know that. I don't think there are many locations in the world which haven't been used. He's even been in outer space! LOL!
Date: 3/8/2003 2:30:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    Which movie was it where he had to fly a space shuttle? I can't remember but I think it was Roger Moore.
Date: 3/8/2003 2:31:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    LOL! True!
Date: 3/8/2003 2:32:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    I think it was Moon Raker.
Date: 3/8/2003 2:33:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    Yeah, I think you're right. I think it was Moonraker.
Date: 3/8/2003 2:38:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    Do you remember when Sean Connery was in bed in the dark in Diamonds Are Forever and he checked his watch for the time? He pressed a button on the side and a red, digital display lit up which showed the time. That watch a CompuChron. It was manufactured by a division of the Hughes Corporation. Howard Hughe's was well known for having diverse interests. Anyway, those were the first watches of their kind and dad and I each got one. That was way back in the early '70's. That's just a little bit of trivia for you. I guess with that watch and the car, I was pretty much James Bond, myself. LMAO!
Date: 3/8/2003 2:41:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    LMAO!!! Yes, you was a James Bond yourself!
Date: 3/8/2003 2:45:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    LOL!
Date: 3/8/2003 2:51:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    I feel like we're the only two people in a chat room. This is fun! My name is Bond..James Bond. LOL! I have never owned a Walther PPK. I did, however, once own a semi-automatic which was similar to one. I hope that doesn't hurt my image any.
Date: 3/8/2003 2:55:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    Yes, this is like a chat. Nobody seems to like James Bond but us two. LOL!! About guns... well, I am not into them! My husband knows a lot about them though since he is a cop and likes guns.
Date: 3/8/2003 3:06:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    I'm not crazy about guns either. I ended up selling the one that I mentioned. It did, however, scare the crap out of some jerks who were apparently trying to break into my apartment or something in the middle of the night. I flung the door open and there was one of them standing there. I aimed it straight at his head and he dove behind a car. I had already called the police repeatedly. When they finally got there, the officer asked me if I had a gun. I said, "Yes, I do and I'm holding behind the door right now because I wasn't sure that you weren't one of them." He had already had a talk with them and told them that they were to stay away from here. After that, they seemed to think that I was crazy for some reason. LOL! You might find this interesting. The cop said, "I don't think they'll be back but if they do and you have to shoot one of them, do us both a favor and drag him inside before you call me back."
Date: 3/8/2003 3:10:00 PM  From Authorid: 16114    Big fan of World Is Not Enough! James Bond rocks!!!
Date: 3/8/2003 3:25:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    They really said that? My goodness!! LOL! Yes Ghosteller! Welcome to the James Bond's Fan Club!
Date: 3/8/2003 3:32:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    Yeah, that's what he told me. Luckily for them, they never came back because I would have done it if I had to.
Date: 3/8/2003 3:37:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    Really???!!! Would you have the guts to do such a thing? I don't even know if I could shoot a person, even under great danger.
Date: 3/8/2003 3:39:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    By the way Frank, I still see the old tag. Is it true that you had your tag updated? If you did, why then I still see the old one? Weird! A little off topic but, who cares? Ha ha ha
Date: 3/8/2003 3:43:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    Are you serious, sis? You're still seeing my old tag? Alpha-Zero had that problem at first but he could see the new one after just a day or two. Try this. Go to the top of this page and click on where it says, 'Tag info'. Click on recent tags and see if you can see it there. My bride's new one is there too. Let me know if you're seeing the old ones or the new ones. I know that this all sounds like one of the stunts that I'm infamous for around here but it isn't. Just look and let me know.
Date: 3/8/2003 3:48:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    Would I have shot them? You'd better believe I would have. They had to have been either drunk, on drugs or both and they were obviously up to no good. I'd hate to have to shoot anyone but I would if I had to. It would hurt me if it ever came to that because I love peace. On the other hand, I will not tolerate being threatened and that was how I felt that night. Like I said, it was very lucky for them that they stayed away. It was only a few days until they moved out and were never heard from again. I wonder why... LOL! I guess they didn't care to live anywhere around 'the crazy guy'.
Date: 3/8/2003 3:53:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    I already did that. I went to updated tags and saw all the tags. I saw your wife's tag and it is very nice. But still I keep seeing the old one. I mean, why you??? This is weird. I think this never happened to anyone here.
Date: 3/8/2003 4:02:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    No, it happens all the time for some reason and I don't know why that is. It always corrects itself eventually, though. If you want to get an idea of what my new tag looks like, go here: http://www.geocities.com/jabbies_tags/Frank-enstein.gif (Let me know if you see it.)
Date: 3/8/2003 4:04:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    Ok, I will go right now! I will tell you if I can see it!
Date: 3/8/2003 4:08:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    I SAW IT!!!! I finally saw it!!! But in here I still see the old one. To tell you the truth, and to be honest, I like the old one better. The old one looks cuter and funnier with those suspiscious looking eyes! LOL!!!
Date: 3/8/2003 4:37:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    I'm glad you finally got to see it. I like the new one much, much better. It's more 'me'. When it finally shows up for you, it will take some time to get used to, I'm sure. I love it!
Date: 3/8/2003 4:48:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    Yes, that will probably be it! I have to get used to the new one. But, more you? You know, I was showing my mother this site and she thought it was really nice and cool. I also showed her the USM Junkies Site and showing her my USM family and friends pics. Well, when she saw your picture, she was like: "And why did he have to choose Frankenstein for a nickname? He is so handsome!"
Date: 3/8/2003 5:03:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    Wow! That was such a sweet for her to say. Please give her my best regards! :)
Date: 3/8/2003 5:14:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    I will! She would probably be excited and embarrased at the same time!!
Date: 3/8/2003 5:15:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    Oh, I forgot to tell you that she also said that your Bride is very pretty! You are one big lucky guy! ;o)
Date: 3/8/2003 5:20:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    We seem to have strayed far away from the topic of James Bond but that's okay. LOL! I might give you a recipe or household tip or something in a minute just to keep it interesting. LMAO!
Date: 3/8/2003 5:21:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    I plan to keep this post alive until the day that I die. It can be about anything from this point on.
Date: 3/8/2003 5:32:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    Yes we have been cast away from the topic of James Bond! LOL!!!! Oh, I want to read your household tip! I wonder what it could be now! But I can imagine! LOL!!!!!
Date: 3/8/2003 7:01:00 PM  From Authorid: 47699    Frank's household tip of the day: If you find bugs in your home, don't automatically blame it on the CIA. We, once had a problem with roaches and it turned out to be because of the IRS. Those guys are insidieous in their methods at times. They can easily be warded off if you just wave your W2's at them as long as you are under the limit for your particular exemptions. By the way, to keep your biscuits from being tough, work the dough as little as possible. Rubbed sage can do wonders for flavor if you're making sausage gravy or any chicken or pork dish. Bon appetit!
Date: 3/8/2003 8:17:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 50249    LOL!! What on Earth was that? I didn't understand or follow that mix up! You are funny Frank!
