you can all have mine... we have had snow storm after snow storm... and below freezing temps...then today it decided to rain... and we even got some thunder and lightening... it was 42 degrees today.. but by tomorrow morning it will be back to below freezing... i just want some sign of spring!  |

no-- "Kanucks." I purposely spelled it with a K, because Canadians kick-butt....oh, alright, you got me. I misspelled it. Anyhow, there are warm spots in Canada? really? wow. I thought everyone lived on glaciers up there. In any case, I was referring to the continual onslaughts of freezing air that Canada is sending our way. Didja know that we were 2 degrees above our record low just two weeks ago? 28 degrees with a 14 degree wind chill. In February. In Texas. brr. |

It has been very weird here, around Toronto.. The temps keeps dropping to -30 (that's -22F, by my converter), then bounces back to +3, and the sky rarely clears. The result: a blanket of snow three feet deep and rock-solid.. The stuff that cuts you open if you fall in it, lol! I totally feel for the cherry blossoms, Midnightly. The maples down here tried to blossom in January, but the blasting cold returned and froze them all over again.. *sigh* Back to cursing groundhogs..  |

No, that's with the windchill.. Without, it was only -25 :p It's not as bad as '98, though. It kept dropping below -50, without windchill. BRRR! If I wanted to be that cold, I'd move to Edmonton or 'Winterpeg', lol! |
