But I do expect you to love me. I don't expect to be thrown to the side Like unwanted clothing in your closet Only to be used as a last resort on laundry day. You say you love me But only when no one else is around to love you Pathetic of me to stick around unwanted... But where else do I go? When I met you... I didn't expect you to treat me like this You're only mine when it's best for you That's what I've come to expect now... You only thinking about yourself You think you're the prince of my world And I stay with you like you are. I've come to expect that from me But don't expect me to be the princess of yours When no one else is around. I won't do that anymore... Not for you. I expected you to love me But that's not the way it is.
