I have noticed that also.. Although, it is quite interesting, and sometimes enlightening, to read the arguements that have gone on lately. These debates have really helped me clarify my own opinions. You know, war will bring out our best, or bring out our worst.. But, either way, it does bring us out :)  |

Yes, I have noticed. And strangely enough I have noticed it within MYSELF! lol!...I just finished posting a reply in debate to Big Tex about Bush and while I was waiting (slow computer) after I hit "Submit" it kind of sunk in how strong and possibly brash my reply sounded. I didn't mean it toward any one poster of course, just a general attitude, but I was a little surprised at myself. I know I'm going to catch heat on that one. I think I even used a naughty word ~*sigh*~...  |

well, i for one haven't shown anything new, because people are fairly use to my strong mind, but at least i listen to the other side. there have been a few of my friends that i've had to roll my eyes at because they are acting a bit childish. but its a huge thing, and its going to be discussed until its over. more ppl should listen to the other side.. i for one agree to disagree. but i will stand and state my opinion.  |

I think strong opinions are wonderful; they indicate topics that people are passionate about. Passion leads to action and action to accomplishment. In short, no idea is successful without someone's persistent opinion. The challenge for each of us is to present our passionate opinions in civil and professional tones.
