A Rare Frankenstein Review ¤Frankenstein¤

It is very rare that I ever see fit to review anything here. Most of the prepared foods that I get from our local grocery store are mundane. By that, I mean frozen dinners, etc. Otherwise, it wouldn't make any sense to do so since we are the only ones who are here. Anyway, if you love sloppy Joe's like I do you probably already know that many of those sauces are really nothing more than ketchup which has been insulted with a very liberal dose of unnecessary sugar. To me, that's just sickening. I'm proud to announce there is now a very pleasant alternative. Hunt's BOLD sloppy Joe sauce is great. It's the perfect combination of green peppers and spices and I think that's it sure to please anyone like myself who loves sloppy Joes but would rather save the sweets for dessert. From my bride and me, it get's two thumbs up!

Date: 3/18/2003 10:46:00 PM  From Authorid: 5301    ...I'll see if they sell it in Canada. Usually, I have to douse my portion of the mixture with "Pain". It's a neat hot sauce that feels like a punch in the mouth to the uninitiated. Your bride sometimes seems to lean towards the more wholesome recipes while I like to look for a faster way towards a stomach ulcer. Is there no such thing as a Scotch Bonnet brownie?
Date: 3/18/2003 10:46:00 PM  From Authorid: 28946    I agree with you, Frank. That is a great full bodied tasty sloppy joe sauce. I like it much better than manwich brand.
Date: 3/18/2003 10:46:00 PM  From Authorid: 53836    I wouldn't recomend bathing in it though...

Date: 3/18/2003 10:56:00 PM  From Authorid: 28946    Bride and Dinah got me salivitating the other day, with the dessert recipes in household tips. I almost cried for wanting to eat the cakes they posted on. LOL.
Date: 3/18/2003 11:16:00 PM  From Authorid: 54570    Hey right on Frank. Anything to liven up a sloppy joe and Hunt's does have a fair amount of green peppers in it. Good review.
