I live next door to a cemetery, so my neighbors are dead. And I like it that way:) |

Call the city about the zoning laws..or do you live in the country? Was a surveyor contacted to measure the land? Where I live, you have to have a building permit to put up a fence. You could also contact a lawyer about this. Good luck. |

Get them back its the American thing to do. My neighbors hated it when I would kick kick balls into there yard as a kid. |

Or get dogs that like to bark and a couple of chickens that can wake them up early. |

I'd march myself up to the courthouse and get a copy of who's land is who's...shove that in their faces...and I'd also let them know that if they spoke to my child of matters beyond her again, I would file harrassment charges on her behalf. |

I agree w/ SpitFire, explain there will be harassment charges if they don't leave your child out of it. When did you purchase your house? At closing, you should have received a copy of the land survey which shows exactly where your property line is. It will measure the distance and even show the property pins that you can pull strings from (I use to work for a land surveyor). They will show on your survey as something like 5/8" I.R., or 1/2" I.R. (stands for iron rod). These pins mark your property corners. Try to dig it up, and if it's a recent purchase in the last 5 or so years, the mortgage or title co. should be able to give you another copy if you can't find yours. Good luck! |

Now that's just rude, mean and inconsiderate. Threatening a six-year old...why, they are just plain old schoolyard bullies, aren't they? Just keep your distance from these imbeciles the best that you can...and file charges against them if they continue to harass your baby. That's just uncalled for. |

You may need to have your land surveyed. If the fence is on your land force them to remove/move it. |
