i swear i don't think i could have gotten them any whiter with bleach...and i was in need of a whitening too - lots of coffee 8-) no pain at all with them either. (and i've got sensitive teeth) |

just remember they are not the best for your teeth... it's just like throwing bleach into the laundry... it does a great job of whitening but it weakens the structure of the fabric.. same idea over teeth... |

hmmmmmmm...so use them sparingly huh midnightly? i was sick one time for about two months straight - so the fabric of my teeth has not much left to give LOL --(it's like what happens to anorexics..they through up so much it wears their teeth away)..so that's good to know - don't use all the time..only once every 6 months or so. |

Thanks for posting. I've been thinking of trying them, but I wasn't sure if they'd work. |

Like Midnightly said, just be careful. I read a post here on USM a few weeks ago where someone said they ended up having to get dentures because they used some sort of dental whitening product. Can't remember if it was whitestrips. If I find the post, I'll send the link to you:) |
