Whew! Lots of questions, Mike> yes, I did it once. You have to go by your own feelings, as to the spirits intent. And, I would encorage you to read up on this at the library. |

I've only seen it on tv. It's very interesting though. I'd like to know more about it myself. |

I've experimented with it briefly. Unfortunatley I am an impatient person who gets fed up and bored with things that require time & effort and discipline...such as automatic writing and the Ouija etc. I think that using the keyboard (at least for me) would be more likely to produce positive results than using a planchette or pen and paper. I really think I should spend some time at the keyboard...and see what happens. |

It would take a little too long to answer here. I can't answer all but I can answer some since I have done it successfully. Message me and we can arrange a way to talk by IM. It is easier to explain it that way. I do also firmly agree with LadySpiritGuide. I don't ever try anything of this nature without doing extensive research on the pros and cons. Once you have done that let me know. Smiles and hugs |

The idea is to (if you chose keyboard) is to relax deeply, and meditate as you let your fingers do the walking over the keys. Some of the well known channels such as Ruth Montgomery mostly use the keyboard. If I can put myself into the proper mode, I shall be back and type out some automatic writing given the help of the helpers. |

I haven't done much in the way of automatic writing but I have meditated a lot. I use to be very impatient with meditation. A friend of mine said to listen to new age music that is 30 minutes long and meditate to that. Maybe there is an individual taste in music that facitates a mood where automatic writing is easier. |
