I support Bush, our troops, and the war 100%!!! And when this is all done and said, and the truth about the evil of this regime comes out, you'll be ashamed of yourself for not supporting it too... ![]() |

I don't support the war, nor do I condemn it. War is war, it's gonna happen, whether you like it or not. I agree, we should do all we can to avoid it, but once everything is done, then there's not much else to talk about other than taking action. Right now is the time to support our troops and to hope for the best. It's a bit too late to protest now. Just hope that there aren't many casualties in this war, on both sides. ![]() |

No, it's not to late to protest now. You shouldn't stop just because it's gone ahead. Otherwise your opinion really does mean nothing. I agree, Saddam should be taken care of, But I do not agree with this illegal agression against Iraq. ![]() |

I do not support this war nor will I ever support it.But I think if the world trade center had ever happened in Canada, we would porbbaly go to war too I think. But you never know, jsut to think fo all the innocent people who will die, and just for what?..Saddame, I think with a little more time they could've gotten him without hurting the innocent or killing them.I think their should have been more patience in this. -des ![]() |

Yeah, but we should encourage the people of Iraq to rebel against Sadam and his two brats,by not going into the country and fight in it as if it was our country. We should help the people with supplies some tactical advice and to help them organize some kind of resistance army.Let them fight for there fredom with some support from the WORLD not just a portion of it. ![]() |

So, King Caspian, you think we should support a war to liberate the Iraqi people in which(as history will show you) will kill more civilians than members of the regime? Is that right? And you think we should support a president who has clearly shown the american public he does not care, one way or the other, about what they feel is right AND has proverbially spit in the face of the U.N.? ![]() |

Tarheel it is not our sanctions that have caused the iraqi people to starve. There is a little thing called food for oil that was instituted. One billion dollars worth of food has been given to Iraq in exhange for Oil. You have to look at Sadaam for starving his own people. One thing that is interesting is when the Inspectors were in Bagdad they couldnt find any of those "Scuds". The "protestors" would say to give the inspectors a chance, that maybe Sadistic Sadaam didnt have them. Then I wonder where the Scuds that they fired to day magically came from. Another thing, twenty bucks says that if you were over in Iraq covering the war you would probably wear a gas mask to protect yourself from all that "stuff" he doesnt have... ![]() |

Actually I am from North Carolina..hence the name Tarheelgirl..I moved to mississippi last year. But I really don't see what that has to do with this...lol. El Toro, I can't speak for all protesters, but I personally never said they didn't have scuds or biological weapons. What I did say was, from what reports have shown (our own reports), Iraq didn't have anything, as far as bombs go, that could reach the US. My problem with this war is exactly what I stated to King Caspian. ![]() |

There was a segment on CNN done in Dearborn MI. The reporter was interviewing people at a mosque just after evening prayers. They were Iraqis, and they were very much in favor of ridding Iraq of Saddam -- even if a few more of their countrymen die in the action. All of them had lost family members thanks to Saddam. I think that trumps anything the anti-war folks can come up with. ![]() |

I'm a democrat...wasn't old enough to vote when bush was elected...but he won't get my vote in the next election...please, no comments about how much of a child i am..because i have opinions too..being my age in this world at this time is difficult enough..we don't need all the adults cutting us down for what we believe in..i think that war is dumb..i think that what we are fighting for is dumb..and i think our president is dumb..THOSE ARE MY OPINIONS..anyone who has a problem with what i think can message me in my profile and not bash me here, because chances are i won't come back to this post to check on "who's been bashing me"..i'm sick of everyone commenting on everyone else's comments..just comment on the post, and leave the others alone for what they believe...oh, and by the way...I support the troops who are fighting now..i have to..its too late to do anything else about it..but again, i don't support the war..because i still have a future to fulfill and i don't wanna get nooked before i have the chance to get old like the rest of you ![]() |

I'll not protest... I see no reason to protest... resolution 1441 gave a UNANIMOUS vote to disarm Iraq... we all agreed already a long time ago, that saadam had to disarm, we are the only ones seeming, with the intestinal fortitude to DO SOMETHING for the iraqi people... I hate WAR, I do, but I completely support our troops in liberation of the Iraqi people.... a quote from one man in Iraq to the American Soldiers as they took hold of the land in his area... "We're very happy. Saddam Hussein is no good. Saddam Hussein a butcher." |
