Well I don't tan but I would also like too! I think you are only supposed to tan for like 5 minutes your first time or you will get too tan or even burned. Then you work your way up from there ... the people at the tanning salon should know:)  |

Start out SLOWLY!!!!!!!!! Do not tan for more than 5-7 minutes on your first visit and gradually work your way up. If you don't you will burn really bad! Good luck!  |

yep, I've tanned every spring and summer for the last four years or so. I love it. I use a super hot tanning bed called the caliente, I think that's how you spell it. lol. I go to a really nice salon that I really like. There's no reason to be nervous. If you're really white just start out going like five minutes at a time. Make sure you apply lotion before and after tanning, this will keep your skin hydrated. and make sure the wear eye protection too. When is the prom? You will need a couple of weeks to get a good tan.  |

I wouldnt go to one, the UV rays are worse for u then the sun. You should just tan naturally  |

I've only been once..there's nothing to be scared of..you lay there with your eyes closed for however long your in there..whether is be 5 to 15mins..don't stay in there tooo long tho..you don't want to get brunt to a crisp..lol  |
