it's so hard for girls to lose weight on their 'pooch'..ihave a little one and wise might be lying but he says it's his favorite spot..probably because i hate it most LOL *-) like they said, sit ups and crunches will help..but there is NO way other than losing weight by eating less..and it's the type food you eat - i lifted weights heavily for almost two years straight --was in EXCELLENT shape and not one inch of fat --except the little bit of pooch. i ate right, but didnt' do the sit ups --so it really does take both. those women that have flat tummies are admirable and cute *-) i like a little meat on dem bones though --middle of the road..not too skinny not too fat *-) don't worry about your little bit of pooch...what i used to do when i wore a bikini (yes i'm old at 30)...is buy the ones with the right 'band' LOL -some of them that are the right material will kind of hold in your pooch. like the wasteband on your jeans or something --it holds it in..so -----try for the bikini that holds it in. (and no they don't look like grandma bikini's..any of them will do it if they're made right and come to just the right middle of the 'pooch' to get it sucked in there LOL |

Hold your legs six inches above the floor while lying down and do sets of 25 crunches, then pause for a breath and shake your legs and do 25 more! |

depends ~ is that that you just dont have defined muscle or that there if flabbyness covering potential abs? If its just that they arent toned, then all i can say is sit ups, sit ups and sit ups!! If you have flabbyness cover, then you need to do lots of cardio to burn it off (running, rower machine, etc) and sit ups! good luck |

I do sit ups for my stomach and jump rope for my thighs and legs, bottom too. It works. I'm 48, but I stay in shape and eat right. No "fast food or greasy foods" either. I try to walk as much as possible, swim or ride my bike. It helps me stay in shape and keep the weight off. |
