Method Take a red candle, a red flower (red is the colour dedicated to Aries) and a picture of a ram and place them on a table. Face the east and light the candle. Using a red pen, on a sheet of white paper list the situations in which you wish you were more assertive. When you are done, carefully fold the paper as many times as you can and place it underneath the flower. Now sit still with your eyes closed and imagine a warm red light shinning on you. See yourself becoming stronger-willed and more assertive, yet no vicious or cruel. Know deep down inside that you can be string if you need to be. Pinch out the candle, but leave the folded paper underneath the flower untill the flower has dried out completly. The next time you are facing a difficult situation, recall the warmth of the red light.
