Definitely. If the person is dirty because they don't care, chances are they aren't going to give that pet proper care either if they won't even do it for themself. I would not deny the pet because the owner looked dirty, I'd buy it so I could give it a better home and life than the one it was probably living.  |

Yes, I would still buy the pet.. appearances mean nothing to me.. and if that person is not taking good care of THEMSELVES how will they be able to provide that kind of care for an animal?  |

Yes, I sure would! I would be doing the people selling it a favor and the animal. I say they couldn't afford to take care of it, and would more than likely end up neglected or dead.  |

Yes I would, if for no other reason than to get the animal out of that environment. I can't tell you how many animals I have drug home because I didn't like the conditions they were in or because they were homeless. Love,  |
