Yahweh is the name of God that was so holy,men did not consider theirselves worth to even speak it. Jewish religion believes the messiah is yet to come, Christians know that he has, but will yet return. A true Christian doesnt look down on the Jewish people. God says they are the `apple of his eye', and those that are in friendship with them, will receive special blessings. Its my opinion that even though we lead the world in drug use( sorcery), fornication, and other forms of evil, we still somehow are yet to suffer enormously for these things. We are little by little now, God's judgement is slow, to allow people repentance. Christians dont have 3 Gods, the Trinity is The 3 forms of the one true god. The father, the savior and the comforter. Do we really think man can understand the complexity of the creator.?  |

Okay, I visited a Jewish Synagog for school and the Rabbi said that Christans have 3 Gods or thats what he thought. Im not saying thats what I believe so yeah.  |

Well, I see KR pretty much covered it. Yes, we (Christians) in fact do worship the SAME God as the Jews do. And we only worship ONE God, otherwise it would be contradictory to God's own laws and commandments. There are some Jews who acknowledge the fact that the Messiah has already come once, they are mostly known as Jews for Jesus. And like KR already said, we as Christians know we are commanded to love all people, ESPECIALLY the Jews who are God's chosen people.  |

Christians have one God, but in three forms, the father, son and Holy spirit. But the are all the same God. I don't know alot about Judaism but I know initially we had the same God, until Jesus arrived as the Messiah. I believe the Jewish people believe that the messiah has not arrived yet, but Christians believe that Jesus IS God and they follow him. I don't know if that just confused you more, or what. But I happen to be attending a sermon at church on Tuesday about the difference between Judaism and Christianity, so let me know if you want me to tell you all about it. God Bless  |

Even though most of this has already been said, i'll repeat it anyways. Yahweh is God's "real name", which awhile back, people believed to be too sacred to be spoken by man. The Jews and the Christians do infact worship the same God, except that (most) Jews don't believe in all three forms of God (Father, Son, Holy Spirit). So, Jews and Christians believe in the same God but the Jews don't believe Jesus was the Messiah, and that the Messiah has not come yet. And, being Christian, I deffinatly do NOT look down on Jews, and I dissagree with those who do. The Jews are God's chosen people, therefor it would make no sense to look down on them. -fantasy/reality  |

fantasy..The Jews 'use to be' God's chosen people. God's chosen people now are any and all who come to Him through His Son. If a person believes in the O.T. then how could he not believe in the N.T.? The O.T. prophesies the coming of Jesus.  |

Very good question moon rider. The others answered very well. I have one question also. When Jews Die. Do they go to heaven? or Hell? Because the bible tells us, the only way through heaven is through Jesus Christ. The Jews dont believe Jesus was the Messiah, so where do they go? *KJ-52*  |

Hmmm ok this might be a bit Confusing. but I as a Christian have this point of view.Christians do not have three Gods'. THat would be against the 10 commandments. "thou shall not have no othe gods before me" (the one true God)
Instead i believe that The Father Son and Holy Ghost,which is referred to as the Trinity..is One..thats why its called the trinity..As If the three are One in the Trinity..Now i know that this is not Physicly logical....but who could ever come close to Understanding the Vastness and awesomeness of the one true God and all his Wonders and might. |

Yahweh is God, it´s the same God. The God of the Jews and the Christian God is the same God! Christians don´t have 3 god´s, it´s one God, the Holy Trinity, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. And, we don´t look down at Jews for having one God, we worship the SAME God! I read in a book about the bible saying that there were at least 5 different sets of the 10 comandments but only that one set made it into the bible for some reason. |
