If you don't know what it is DO NOT use makeup. If you cover it up and then continue to use the make up you will be contaminating your eye every time you use the brush. Don't use makeup unless you are planning on throwing it away right after.  |

It might be a broken blood vessel from putting on eye shadow or rubbing your eye lid. I've gotten them before.  |

interesting..hmmm..if it's on yourlid..you could probably put some kind of concealer on it..or eyeshadow. Perhaps you need more sleep or ur stressed or i dunno...couldn't tell ya..i must say i'm naive to this type of occurence.  |
