Sadly, he was ingnoring hir child ( I asked him) who had it's face exposes to the sun. But, my Mom said something, and the kid was coverd up right. That was just one of the many examples I saw of people who showed a lack of judgement when caring for a baby. It's like they expect a baby to sit up and ask for a bottle.
