Moongirl jammed on the stage and over the airwaves of KUSM as well. Raybone was about to go on when a huge explosion rocked the park and all of USM! People began screaming and running in every direction. Kelsey77 morphed into squirrel mode and climbed the highest tree in the park to get an idea where the blast came from. Sirens were squealing through the streets and Kelsey knew they were headed towards Vampire Gerbil's main warehouse where smoke was billowing into a darkening sky. ******************************************************************************
Toodles was about to walk away from Cujo when she felt and heard the big blast. Only half a block from the docks, Toodles watch as the main warehouse shattered in a million pieces, and ran for cover as smoking hot shrapnel began falling all around her.
Cujo: Do you approve of my latest strategies, Toodles?
Toodles: I knew you were responsible, but why?
Cujo: I was tired of waiting on the bat to produce results. Remember this, and remember your mother and we will be ok, right?
Toodles (stuttering): Y-y-yes.

An ambulance, three fire trucks and a few squad cars encircled the group of buildings.
HeyLarry: Hurry up and get those flames out, we've got to get in and check for survivors!
Boofy: We're working as fast as we can sir, but with this heat, I doubt there will be anything other than ashes and soot when we're done.
Kelsey77: Sir, I got here as quick as I could, what can I do?
HeyLarry: Didn't you learn how to morph into a rat?
Kelsey77: Actually, it's a squirrel sir, but yes, and..
HeyLarry: Do you think you could get in through that broken window up there and scope out the scene?
Kelsey77: Does a squirrel have fleas?
HeyLarry: I don't know, do they?
Kelsey77 (Scratching her head): Apparently so, sir. Let me give it a try!

Fallen Angel awoke with a start, realizing that the explosion wasn't a dream.
FA (screaming): GERB!!! GERB!!!!!
She got out of bed, put on her robe and house shoes and ran out of the house towards the warehouses.

SpaceCase: You are listening to WUSM...and now for today's top headlines...wait, this just in...Moongirl rocked USM at tonight's Music Celebration in the park, but before Raybone took the stage, USM really rocked. There has been an explosion in the old town district, near USM Bay. There has been no word of survivors or fatalities, but we'll keep you posted. In other news, Radmin and his dog have finally been reunited. Vampire Gerbil was arrested for dognapping, but his bail was posted just a few hours ago by a mystery USMer. The weekly talent show is set for this Tuesday, Moongirl hopes to see you there. And finally, it has been revealed that KUSM has it's own superhero, our very own Frankenstein. That is all of today's news, stay tuned after this song and commercial break, for super Frank will be tainting the airwaves in 10 minutes!

Metal Princess: This is the princess, reporting live from Vampire Gerbil's Warehouse Empire where one of his main building is blazing hot. I'm here with Private Investigator, and officer of the USM Police Department, Kelsey77. What can you tell us right now, Kelsey? Do you know how the fire started?
Kelsey: Well, it was definitely intentional, I'd say a few strategically placed pipe-bombs. As far as we can tell, no one was here at the time of the blast. That's all I can say.
Metal Princess: Thank you officer. By now, you know VG was responsible for the kidnapping of Radmin's dog. The showdown earlier today was also staged right behind this very building. It seems the villainous bat has a few enemies. We will continue to report new findings live, as they come in.
Base: And cut!
MP: There is someone else involved. Someone on a higher level, bigger playing field. Breathing Body, I want you to do a little research on VG's past and see what you can dig up. Telsha, I want you to find out who owned these buildings before VG bought them last summer. I will be right here waiting for any useful information!
