boredom is on my mind tonite
it runs thru me like an electrical current
i cannot ever sleep
never settle for a moment
why am i so restless
i need a smoke to live
smack my hand say no
say i've got something better to give
give it up
give it away
put it down
please dont stay
i thought i told you once
i'm lonely but dont come close
i take some nasty drugs
but more than a dose
hehehe i see the weird colors
they're mad up by my head
the pink elephant chasing me
what to do instead?
hide behind the tree
only to be found
the elephant still chasing me
never making a sound
if a tree falls in the woods
and no one is around
does it in fact
make a crashing sound?
where is the elephant
uh oh where did he go?
is he hiding or waiting
in the yellow snow
the grass is green
the sky is blue
i need something old and borrowed
to go with something new
there he is again
hiding in the closet
i slink down further
further under my blanket
he's going to eat me
and i dont want him to
maybe if he cant see me here
he wont' know what to do
