For the past 4 or 5 years it is to the point they are under our window and making gestures and leaving garbage in our yard. The people who live behind us and their friends are leaving their mark on our community. Can you tell me if they are going to still try to tresspass by climbing our 4 1/2 foot fence? Not a typical question, but we are middle aged people and would love to have some privacy and be able to garden once again.
