I found out that in all 50 states that its legal to use electric shocking devises on people. So if the company I wroked with offered the device we would be allowed to use it on clients with behaviors. Thats the most ridiculous thing I have heard. I cannot believe that this form a toture would be legal, I got very angry. So it states that pretty much any type of "instatution" that have these devices can use them. Okay so say they had them in elderly homes, for some reason Grandma refused something...ZAAPPPP ZAAAPPP and they get away with it. The zaps are quite painful, when is inflicting pain upon humans legal....Im writing to my govener. Just thought Id inform you all.
