umm, u should eat 3 times a day first off. A good diet plan would b eat 3 healty meals a day, every day, except 1 day out of the week, you can have like 1 snack food u have been craving. THat way, you won't cave in and eat alot of junk food after your diet. oh, but if u dont mind me asking, what exersises have u been doing that have been working well do you think? heee sry i want 2 go on a diet, but i dont have the will lol but i should at least get some exersise. as for tonight, i wouldnt have anything tonight b/c if u go 2 bed after u eat, it will all just turn to fat, no matter what it is, but go ahead, eat something u crave when u wake up. luv, ![]() |

Are you eating enough? 2 meals a day with no snacks sounds very sparse to me. And then, while it's important to cut back on the fat, you don't want to cut back too much because your body still needs some. You also need to give yourself a treat once in a while, or else you are going to start feeling very deprived, and then one day the cravings will get the best of you and it will be binge city. It basically sounds like you are being too severe. You need to ask yourself, is this something I can keep up for the long run? 'Cuz, if it isn't, you are doomed to fail eventually. ![]() |

It's alright to have a sweet once in a while. But just don't eat junk food all the time. ![]() |

Eh, a snickers bar once in a while won't make you gain 10 pounds... just keep it in moderation, like, once or twice a week. Maybe one on Wednesday and one on Sunday, or something. I dunno, I was never very good at the diet thing... Erin- ![]() |

you can treat yourself everyonce in a while, but make it small. And also, you should eat when you're hungry unless you're always hungry. Most people go for at least like 3 nutricious meals a day, but i've heard its actually better to have like 5-6 meals a day... but they consist of smaller portions ![]() |

You should really eat 3 times per day and try not to eat after 6 pm..If you don't want to eat a whole treat just grab a spoon and have a spoonful of ice cream I do that and it takes the craving away :)and to keep you on track you can treat yourself now and then, make one day your treat day then go back to things as normal. If you don't treat yourself it will turn into a gorge fest when you get your hands on treats. ![]() |

When I'm dieting, I allow myself small snack rewards. Popcorn is great; it's fiber, and it's low-calorie. I also allow myself one chocolate bar a week--I break it into pieces, and eat a little bit a day. Once a week, I eat a 'regular' meal, with some meat (when I diet, I go strict vegetarian). If you allow yourself a little leniency, but are strict the rest of the time, you feel better, and are less inclined to cheat with a big bag of chips or cookies. ![]() |

I know how you feel! I'm trying to be on a diet right now too....and sadly there is this tantalizing tin of candies in the fridge exactly 25 feet in front of me! Oh, the torture! Actually, orange juice helps me get rid of cravings. SOMETIMES! LOL Good luck! ![]() |

Just go ahead and snack!! That's what I'd do, anyways...even when you're on a diet, you should treat yourself to McDonald's or something every once in awhile. That way you won't end up feeling deprived. Good luck :) ![]() |
