I just think that it was coincidence. How many face shaped structures have we as a society built that are oriented to just be seen from the air? I am more impressed with some of the other photos that almost look like cities.  |

Ya know what...I had a close look at that 'Face' before...and the surrounding area...and guess what I saw. An inscription on a rock at the bottom of the picture which reads 'Elvis was here'! The face was viewed by the Mar's Global Surveyer back in 1999 I think it was, it was just a mesa. The Viking pictures of the "face" was just a coincidence, the shadows cast what looks like a face to us. I'll try to get the link of the real face photo.  |
