1) Let's DDR...
Sweat poured down Ryo's face. She could feel her heart beating faster and faster with every step. The arrows on the screen were zooming by like lightening, but she was hitting every one of them. Her opponent, the supposedly oh-so-great DDR player, Danielle, wasn't doing so swell. The music echoed through out the arcade as more people stepped up behind them to watch. The song was nearing its end. "Only a few more steps, Ryo! Come on, you can do it!" Salem shouted among the crowd. Everyone watched the screen intently. There was a pause, then the last step. It was a combo where you had to use both your feet and hands. You could see the panic in Danielle's eyes as she dropped to her knees in attempt to achieve the combo. Ryo jumped on the ground landing on all four arrows and achieved the combo with no pressure at all. The crowd began to clap and cheer. Someone had finally beat Danielle. Neo, one of Ryo's good friends, stepped onto the platform, grabbed Ryo's hand, lifted it up an shouted "Our new champion! Ryo Katsuko!" Ryo smiled shyly. She wasn't much for attention. Danielle snarled and cursed Ryo under her breath. "How could that little demon beat me?!" she mumbled to herself. Ryo unexpectedly appeared behind Danielle and offered her hand. "Good game" she said with a slight grin on her face. Danielle turned and faced her. "Good game...indeed." Suddenly Ryo was sent stumbling backwards, falling into Neo and taking them both to the ground. Ryo stood up and shook her head. "What the fark was that for, Dani?! It's only a dang game! You don't have to try to break my neck just because you lost!!" Danielle snarled again and charged at Ryo, attempting to throw her against the wall. Just then Kyden, another one of Ryo's trusty friends, came from the back of the arcade. "Hey, who wo..... WHAT THE BLOODY HECK?!?!" She saw Danielle charging at Ryo with all her might. Ryo then dashed to one side and Danielle smacked into the wall. Salem laughed as well as Neo, Kyden, and the rest of the crowd. Danielle quickly turned around and punched Ryo right in her left eye, the one with the scar over it. The crowd quickly stopped their laughing and gasped. Ryo stumbled backwards but caught her balance on the bar behind the DDR pad. She shook her head once again and walked up to Danielle who was still against the wall. A girl named Lily stepped in between them. “Now, now. What’s the point in fighting? It is, after all, only a game!” Lily giggled a bit but was then pushed aside by Danielle. Lily stumbled backwards, falling to the floor as Ryo put her hand tightly around Danielle's neck. So tight as to where she was gasping for breath. Ryo smirked and proceeded to lift Danielle off her feet and into the air. Everyone, including Lily who was on the floor still, gawked at Ryo’s strength. Once she had stretched out her arm as far as it could go she took Danielle and threw her on the ground. By this time Danielle's face was purple and she was gasping for breath. She quickly turned and looked at Ryo and opened her mouth to say something. Ryo stepped forward and Danielle decided not to say anything. She got up off the floor and silently walked out of the arcade. Just as Danielle was leaving Vincent walked in. "Whoa. What was wrong with her? Her face was all...purple." Kyden replied, "Heck if I know. I just walked from the back of the arcade and Danielle was running at Ryo." Vincent glanced at Ryo and saw that she had a black eye. "Oh my, I guess there was a fight then." There was silence, then Kyden interrupted "So...who won?"
