I had the same problem at you age, and it only got worse, to the point where I had to go to the Hospital and have injections of Toridol. I guess they have it in pill form now, so you might want to go see your gyno for this info. |

Oh Toridol is a painkiller with no side effects and no funny feelings. If you have it injected, it goes into your hip and sorry babe, but it hurts like bleep. Not the needle, but the medicine going into you muscle. Terrible pain for 10 minutes. |

I normally had little cramping just felt irritated alot and my lower back and hips would hurt alot I often had the runs,I just tried to walk mine off and stopped drinking colas for 7 days, but in your case ,maybe you can have mom take you to the doctor and see what they can do for you,my cousins friend years ago had to stay in bed when she had her period,it was that bad. |

I have always had horrible cramps, sometimes I would even throw up. These are the things that have helped me with minimal cost. Start taking aspirin a week before you start. Excersise helps too, especially sit-ups. Also make sure you get plenty of calcium, when I don't drink enough milk my cramps will get really bad. Good luck, I know how miserable those cramps can be. |
