I did not see the pictures. I am happy that they got them. Any Iraqi's that are still holding out for the old regime, will always be that way. They do not want to believe the truth and won't even when you show it to them. ~Archer |

I have seen the pictures before and after and I knew they would wind up on that one website I am not allowed to mention due to its non "G" rating. The reconstruected faces look like wax museum figures. |

I don't think the original pictures were really all that bad....its not like half of their faces were missing. |

i think they should have ONLY been aired on NIGHT news after 10pm because they were quite grousome! i wouldn't want my children seeing them! i also hear they are getting blood tests just to make positive thta they are |

I am glad that the both of those wastes of space were finally killed and that we may put our minds to rest a little. HOWEVER, I don't think it is necessary for their dead bodies to be publicized all over the world. And if they do think is couth to air these pictures, ALL broadcasts of it should have a warning saying they are about to air those photos. I have come across at least three newscasts where they just put them up with no warning that they were about to do so. I think it's kind of strange, also, how they won't even show the 9/11 attacks because it is too "offensive" and "disturbing," yet they will show photos of dead bodies of terrorists. Doesn't make sense to me... |

It may have been necessary to air those pictures just to put the minds of the people of Iraq at rest. Now some people are saying that we are barbaric for publishing photo's of their dead bodies. |

I think it was more of a slap in the face to Saddam, and I agree that Saddam will probably counter attack now or he never will. |

I'm glad they're both dead.. But I don't really think showing their dead bodies is cool... I personally think its degrading... They still have a family... I don't care if it's Saddam or not... His son's just got killed... I know I sure as hell-o wouldn't want my brother's dead body shown all over the world, retouched or not |

EXACTLY sparklez...which led me to think another thing --i personally downloaded and saw all of the footage that was aired in iraq and elsewhere, showing the DEAD BODIES of our men in uniform - at least 20 different dead...in god awful states, they were smiling around them, and messing with the bodies --it occurred to me that this might be a little payback, as well..*-) |
