Be patient, don't try to lose it all it once. Light exercise really helps. Also cutting out the sugar, like pop and candy. Try to eat more fruits and veggies. Drink LOTS of water, I think that is a major thing. Good luck!  |

yes hun, cut out any fatty foods, eat plenty of vegetables and fruit, eat only small amounts of red meat, chicken and fish...but you have to exercise .....everyday!!!!! good luck hun  |

o.k. if you wanna lose some pound here is my advice in the morning drink a glass of milk and an apple and do slow streches (no bouncing) second in the afternoon you should eat a sandwhitch and some water, let your stomach settle and go bike riding (if you have a bike) if not, do exersizes for at least an hour, third in the evening eat a light dinner not greasy i reccomend carrots, a baked potato and orange juice, let your stomach settle (you dont want to get cramps) and then do some exersizing, and in the next morning do it again! try this for a month and see what happens.  |

i lost 15 months..it took me about a year though! but i didn't really try to much.. basically i don't eat too much red meat because i've just not wanted it or craved it anymore.. but otherwise just increasing my exercise and if you drink milk, drink skim  |

eat three times a day: only eat half what you normaly do even if you think it will kill you. Balance your meals. Start the day with a cup of black coffee half the sugar or just a teaspoon. Lay off sweets, fats and fatty foods. Exercise and don't get down.  |

Hello...Well Exercise is always the best..but what I do and really works for me is...I eat a good meal and take My Multi-Vitamins...Centrum and I also take A B-Complex Vitamin..all The B's and i drink it with water...ok..I wait about 2 hrs and continue 2 drink water and i workout...I bike 10 miles..Biking really helps..I wear sweat pants and a sweater with the hood on..and i use the exercise bike...its not that hard..but i sweat a LOT!! and after a week u can tell..well i dunno..if u wanna try it go 4 it...if u have any ?s dont be a stranger..ill be happy 2 tell u more..ok hope it works..from Prince Endymion..bye bye take care  |

lol i wanna lose some weight too... yeah 15 lbs too. i heard about the atkins diet, but i'm not too much of a meat eater. i wanna know what those "one a day" things are. my dad bought them but i think they're for 30 yrs old or older. something about the metabolism and speeding it up. OH just stay away from those frozen diet dinners. you might think they're good, but SERIOUSLY look at the sodium. it's SO high becuase it's frozen... icky!!!  |
