how about a warm bath to soak in? or read until you get sleepy...or go watch something boring on tv until you fall asleep. Do you have any camomile tea? |

Try to relax, do some mild stretching, and clear your mind. I sounds like the "excitement" of starting school may be keeping you up. Sweet dreams! |

That's what happened to me on the first day of school. I didn't fall asleep until 1 am and I had to get up at 5am. But it seems like everyone at school couldn't get to sleep either. You prolly can't sleep because of starting a new school year or something. It happens to a lot of people. Don't worry though, you'll be tired tomorrow. |

Oh ya, try drinking some warm milk. It usually helps me fall asleep. Or how about counting sheep. |
