"Oh dear! I'm dredfully sorry I scared you, Ms." The man was tall and he wore a tuxedo and his accent was British. Jesse coward. "Who-who are you?" "My name is Giles and I'll be your butler. I came to ask if there is anything you needed." "Oh. No, thanks. I'm just doing a little bit of unpacking." Jesse let out a sigh of relief. "Right then. I'll be going. I'll be down stairs serving your parents if you need me." "Thanks." Giles turned on his heels and walked out. She listned for his footsteps but there was none. "Wow. He sure knows how to sneak up on someone." Jesse thought. Moments later her mother called from the bottom of the stairs. "Jesse! Can you give me a hand?" "Sure mom." She met her mother at the bottom of the stairs surrounded by suitcases and boxes. "Which room do you want?" "The nearest one is fine, sweetie." Jesse returned to her room after dragging suitcase after suitcase up the stairs. She went to her walk-in closet and as she was hanging up her clothes, she noticed something she had never noticed before..It was a door that was boarded up, complete with a lock. It was if someone was hiding something in there. Jesse was curious so she decided to look for a secret compartment within the walls for that key...Finding none, she looked about her room. She looked through her desk and in the draws. Finally she just decided to give up and slammed fist on the desk. A draw-with out a handle-slid out and in it was a board with a hole just big enough for a thumb. She took the board out and there was a tiny, velvet, black box. She opened it and there lay a sliver key. She began to pick it up but then Giles appeared and said, "Dinner is ready." Jesse jumped and dropped the key, she grabbed the key and laid it on her desk. "Okay Giles I'm coming." She left with Giles. All through dinner all she could think about was that tiny key and the door...Whenever her parents asked her a question all she could do was grunt...Finally, she was in her room..Alone...With just her and the key. She snatched the key and headed for her closet....
