first and foremost prescription drugs only have an effect if you are eating properly anyway. Second of all recent studies have shown that they don't help that much anyway. It's nothing that a little bit of exercise won't fix. Be natural and don't go for these trendy prescription drugs.  |

LOL! Goat boy, that was a classic comment. I would NEVER recommend using prescription drugs to lose weight to anyone. First of all, if you don't have any will power, than you really must not want to fully lose the weight. Usually diet pills have a drug in it... can't remember its name at the moment! ...starts with an E.. ephedra? but anyway, it acts just like the drug speed. There are diet pills that don't have this in it but they typically don't help because what it does is boosts your metabolism and that causes you to burn fat. I don't even like taking aspirins. You need to do it the natural way and if you don't care for exercising, there isn't much hope for losing weight....  |

i am not too sure Bethann, i just know that alot of weight loss aids contain ephergin but i havent heard of ephreda before so you're proabaly right! might be similar or something |

sunny you may have seen this on A Current Affair or Today Tonight if you watch those but Researchers in Australia are starting to think that they do more harn than good! |

153 a bottle? Ouch! I've never used any prescription drugs to lose weight before. I remember taking this one pill, I forget the name of it, it made my heart beat really fast and I wasn't hungry all day long. I stopped using it because I was afraid something bad would of happened.  |

If you're willing to see a doctor go get a prescription drug I suggest he/she refer you to a dietician or a nutritionist first. They teach you how to eat to lose weight.  |
