Wow, that's so much to take in.... I would have to say, you need to make some sacrifices (get rid of the music, get treatment for your bulimia, etc.). If you want things to have different outcomes, you need to do things differently. I know it's hard and what not, but you need to make some great efforts. Why doesn't your bf want you to get rid of the music, doesn't he know what's going on with you? It definately attracts negative energy and not only that, it lowers your defenses and awareness. I'm no expert in exorcising and the like, I hope others that do, can help you. If not I can talk to some friends that do and let you know, msg me if you're interested.  |

First of all, your right you cant be possessed if you are a born again child of God. You can be oppressed mentally and physically by the demons. I read in your other post that you told them to leave in the name of Jesus and this is the right thing to do, however you also said things were calm and then you started to talk to them again to see if they had left, by talking to them again, is opening the door for them to come in. So you defeated your purpose by doing this. When you asked it to do something to make its self known, you may as well just opened your door and said, come one come all demons. You cant send a demon back to hell, as they have spiritual legal right to be here. BUT you can tell them to leave your house and property in the name of JEsus. You can tell them to stop ministering to your mind in the name of Jesus. That dream you had was very strange, but none the less one does not have to go through all that stuff to get rid of a demon. I'm convinced that some music we listen to is very bad for our spiritual growth. If one listens to negative music, music on killing, raping, ect, it will go into their spirit. God says basically we need to watch what we hear and put into our spirits. Now as far as you living with your boyfriend and not married that too can open the door to demons but GOD knows your heart and the word of God in the name of Jesus will work even if your not married to this man. But it will be a constant battle. You need to learn about spiritiual warfare because God has given us everything we need to combat these spirits. MSg me if you need me.  |

OK, I read the whole story. I remember somewhere reading that demons attack those who are vulnerable. You have an eating disorder and so maybe it just makes you more sensitive to demonic activity. Hard rock music has nothing to do with demons.. it's not "evil" or anything. Not being married to your live-in? SO many people would have demons if that were the case. But I don't know.. maybe the demons know that a.) you're a good Christian, b.) you're vunerable through your eating disorder, and c.) because they know they can get to you. ALSO, you said you "almost went insane".. that could play a very large factor as well.  |

CHI-GIRL, thank you for your advice. I've found that 1/2 my CDs are of negative words. My boyfriend doesn't understand how some music can be bad. He doesn't listen to the words, just the beat. It's still subliminal to your mind, though. METALLIMAN - I understand your point. I'm more of a challenge to them. Thanks for you comment. FIRSTBORN - thanks for you advice. Like I've said to Chi-Girl I've already cut my music collection in half. As far as the marriage thing, that will be a struggle. I will continue praying about it and talking more seriously about it with my boyfriend. That's a touchy subject between us. Thanks for helping. RIKA - My boyfriend said the very same things you did. I am vulnerable. That just makes me feel like a naive blonde. Which I probable am. I've been sheltered all my life from very overprotective, very religious parents to overprotective and abusive boyfriends that have told me how I'm not deserving of anything, that I should feel lucky just to have them cause noone else would want me. Yes, I need help for my Bulimia. Hopefully when we move into the new house I can defeat the disease without the demon on my back dragging me down all the time. The minister told me the demon might not follow me when we move. I hope to God it won't. Thanks very much for your advice. SPOOKY GAL - If this is a poltergeist, it sure is a nasty one. I've read your whole story. Wow. I've been going through something similar. About a month ago, I started realizing that I could sense the spirit world. I guess you'd have to read my stories to get the full picture. The short version is that I had a demon torturing me for about 2 years. Reading your story helps me understand more what was going on with me. During that time, I was pregnant with an unexplained weakness that got worse and worse. The Drs. didn't know what was going on...I also go super depressed to the point that I wanted to abort my baby. If you know me at all you'd know that I'm very against abortion. It was a very hard time of my life and if I'd known that there was a demon making things harder for me, I would have been better equipped to handle it. But I did reach out to people for help. That's the only way I got through it. My Mom was great! Back to the story, demons are mean buggers! I hate them. They do things to make you scared just for kicks. The first one I picked up realized that I could sense it and I think that’s what started the whole thing. It would make me feel very uncomfortable when I took showers and would torture me (scare me for kicks) whenever I was alone at night. I always felt watched. When I found this site, several people helped me figure out what I could do to get rid of it. The bottom line is that you have to have faith that God will take care of them for you. My advice: keep doing what you’re doing. Keep letting God cast them out in Jesus’ name (very important-in his name). Keep moving forward and upward always improving yourself and searching for God in every aspect of your life. One thing that I can suggest that I haven’t read you do yet is to ask God to fill your house with his light, love and goodness. Whenever one spirit disappears from a space, it kind of leaves a hole where it was. You need to ask God to fill that space with his goodness or more evil can enter it. Also, what I’ve been doing to protect myself and my family is to ask God to prevent evil from entering the walls of our appt., and to rid it of any evil that is there. This works to the extent that it keeps them from being on the physical plane with you in your house. The spiritual plane is different, but at least this should keep them from doing all the physical stuff. I know it works because I can actually see them when they are here, and since I asked for that, the demons that come to torment me just sit outside my sliding glass door and glare at me. Also, don’t be alarmed, but the entire demon world got mad at me when God cast out the first one through me. They started coming at me left and right, but it’s not a big deal as long as I have God on my side. I just let him take care of it (by casting it out through me in the name of Christ). If God is with you, who can stand against you? The spiritual plane is different. That’s the mental aspect of the battle. When I go to sleep at night, I become more open to seeing the spiritual, so I have to ask God that he keep evil away from me on that plane so that I can sleep well. I have to remember to ask for my son also because he sees the same things I do and he’s had night terrors because of demons before. Satan, on the other hand, doesn’t seem to be bound by the same rules as other evil spirits. It’s not a big deal though. I just have to specifically ask for God to remove him and keep him from me. He is always faithful, and keeps me safe. If I feel tempted by him, I use a phrase that I remember Christ using and it works every time. I just say, “Get thee behind me, Satan.” (Sorry, I read it in the old King James version… I’m not sure exactly what it means, or what Christ meant by it other than to get rid of temptation, but it works, so I try not to over analyze it. Hope I’ve been some help. If you have any questions, you can message me or read my stories.  PS.-If I were you, I would examine my relationship. I'm not the only Christian here who thinks you should. Go to the Bible. It will tell you what is right and what is wrong with regards to it. I can help you with regards to that also.... Audria |

I notice that I always seem to be washing clothes. As soon as I wash them they're worn and dirty again. It's the same with the spiritual. It requires constant maintenance. Not that I'm saying you have to constantly run around praying, just that you need to take care of things when you feel they need to be. Like you wash clothes whenever they are dirty. Audria |

When you said we're sensitive to the spirit world does that mean we have a sixth sense? My mom has a sixth sense (so she tells me). This demon(s) only has physical contact with me and never with my boyfriend or the other three kids. I find that odd because I am far closer to God than any of them. I found your advice VERY helpful. I said that prayer you told me about asking God to fill the house with light, love and goodness after reading your story. I feel much better now. Thanks for telling me about that and also about all the other advice, too. I appreciate it. I also (like you) say a prayer every night before I go to sleep for God to keep the demons away from me while I sleep. If I don't do that, they attack me during my night terrors. It scares me a little that you can see them. Sometimes I'm curious to see them, other times I'm sure glad I can't. What do they look like? I'm guessing black shadows hunched down like an animal perhaps? I will pray for both of us. Take care and talk to you later. |

Before I realized I could see the spirit world, I saw the one living with us, but I thought it was just my imagination. It would watch us sometimes from ceiling corners that overlooked our beds. One night I saw something that looked like a black octipus in that corner. I think there was some form behind that, but I didn't get that close a look because it was so evil feeling that my conscious mind woke me up. Yes this is part of what people call the sixth sense. ESP and such is also part of it. I think it has to do with sensing things that are on the spiritual level. Not just 'spirits,' but also thoughts and the like. It's more than just that, but the ESP board has more info about that. I just realized something that just boils my blood. My two year old ended up with this mysterious burn on his wrist that we couldn't figure out where came from. He never had access to anything that would have made a burn. My gut tells me it came from this demon. No wonder he didn't want to go to bed in his room. That really burns me up! What kind of a twisted spirit burns and torments a two year old! I'm so thankful to God that he got rid of it for us. So thankful that he had compassion on us. Praise be to God! Audria |

When I went to visit the minister last Wednesday after I wrote my story (above), he said I need to close the door on the demons by getting treatment for my eating disorder and by considering marriage and also cutting out the bad music. He explained that I am sooo vulnerable and open-minded allowing these demons to seep into my life. Some people (like my boyfriend) are confident and secure enough about themselves that they don't have guilt or insecurities like myself. He can handle all that bad music and he has no guilt about not being married, therefore demons won't touch him. It's people like me the demons love to play around with. I have way too much guilt and insecurities about too much stuff. Toward the end of my meeting with the minister, we said a powerful prayer to fill me up with the holy spirit. Guess what? The demon(s) hasn't touched, scratched or scared me even once since then. That's five days ago. BUT, I know that the demon(s) are still here. And I know it's a different one since a month or so ago because instead of blood dripping down my walls in the bathroom and hallway, now there's yellowish plasma oozing out of the bathroom ceiling. It wasn't there before. Oooh so gross. And about 2 hrs. ago my boyfriends daughter just came up from downstairs (watching TV with my cat) to tell me that she saw a softball size ball of light zoom across the room. Shortly before she came up, my cat ran up in my room and hid under the bed. I knew something was up. My cats will NOT go downstairs unless someome else is downstairs with them. I still have really bad night terrors in my sleep too. Well, I will post an update after we move into our new house. We move in on the 8th of Sept. but I probably won't update till we get settled in a week after that. Thanks everybody for reading my stories and for your comments and advice. Much appreciated. YOURE not possessed if you have been born again through Jesus Christ! That doesnt mean that spirits wont try to interfere with your service to God. They WILL. It's probably because God is trying to draw you closer to HIM, and Satan doesnt want that, cause you have potential of leading other souls to Christ. You may have the spiritual gift of discernment, being able to feel the difference between good and bad forces, and Satan may be trying to keep you so bound up that your confused! that's his job and mission on earth, because his time is LIMITED, and you should remind him of that when all this is going on. Find christians to pray for you, and ask God to help you fight this, but dont 'entertain' these spirits. Dont try to know more about them, or their source, because their not good. Demand that they go in Jesus name, and it may get slightly worse before it gets better, but know the Lord is with you, and knows what your going through. He has dominion over Satan, death, Hell and the grave, but if satan can make you doubt, it delights him to no end! I'm praying for you! God Bless you....Darlene |

Since I got on my knee's vowing to DO what the Lord commanded, he's been saved, we got married, and He's a very strong Christian and understands WHAT i'm talking about. Dont be unequally yoked to someone who willfully would reject the Lord, not that you said he would, but just seek the Lords will for your life. First. Pray for his salvation. If you cannot except his children, then you should whole-heartedly acknowledge that to him, and move on. And, spirits Can follow you, and bug you to the end of your wits, just dont let them have that control. Stay close to God in prayer, and let me know how youre doing. Darlene |

I don't mean new new. It was built in 1912 but it's been remodeled so it's much nicer. We're still talking about marriage. His kids are driving me NUTZ though! His 13yr. old daughter and 14yr. son live with us. His 15yr. rebellious daughter is over almost every day bugging us. I'm still trying to get in some time with my 12-1/2 yr. old autistic son (also has ADD, but so do I) who lives with my mom during the week and with his dad or me on the weekends. I really don't know how long this will last. As far as the hauntings, I don't think the demon(s) followed me. But it's only been a week. I keep talking to God every day. He really helps me to keep from pulling me hair out. I do feel much safer now and much closer to God than ever. I appreciate your concern and advice. I am no longer doing research on the paranormal, demons, etc. as I believe you're right. That is not good for the Christian mind to obsessive over, especially since I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Welcome to the forum and maybe I'll chat with you again sometime. I have a 14 yr old daughter, and my husband has two boys ages 11 and 'soon to be' 13. Our children get along good, except the boys do fight between the two of them at times, but for the most part, our families have blended beautifully. At first, I wasnt sure that i wanted to be a stepmom and the responsibility is overwhelming at times, but I am certain of this... Our going to church as a family has strengthened us all, and God can work absolute miracles in our lives, when we would only make a mess of it doing it our way. Give it all to Him, and Have Faith in all the teachings of Christ, because that's where your power is. Satan has tried to work me over many times, take my faith away, or bog me down to the point of oppression, but a good christian friend of mine saw something was wrong and began to get me talking about it, and she was praying for me alot. Found out we have alot in common, as she too knows demons can plague a christian to kkep them out of church and seperate them from from doing God's work, and I thought I was THE ONLY ONE who was going through this, because alot of faiths dont widely recognize that demons are seeking to destroy WHOMEVER they can. They do weird things to me too, but even still, I can feel the power of God around me, protecting me, and Know they can NEVER touch my soul. Read Ephesians 6, I believe, about putting on the whole armor of faith. Love Darlene |

My luv, first off I have not read you entire story so all I am about to tell you pertains directly to spirits you are having problems with. These dark ones have no control over you unless you give it to them! Remember you are always in the palm of gods hand. What they feed on is fear. I understand it can be very very scary but through your pure faith in gods love and protection you can command them to leave in the name of god/ Jesus Christ. Being one of god children you are the more powerful one. I dont belive god is punishing you for your life style or anything of that sort. What I do know is that this entity is either bound to the house or bound to you. Sweetie not to scare you but it could very well leave with you and go to your new home as other spirits I know of have done before with others. There are people who could remove this entity from you if you are beyond beliving you can release it on your own and/or with the assistance youve already been given. If you need any help finding resources feel free to let me know. You will get through this luv. Although this entity would like you to feel helpless and fearful remember although its hard to belive and feel what I'm goin to tell you(especially now), you are the more powerful one NOT them! There are many of us that are here for you . I'll be praying that for the highest good gods love surrounds and protects you from all harm. Here if you need me!!
