the other night i heard someone call my name too. It sounded like my sis 2 me. She was on the comp so i got up and asked her if she called me, she said no that it was my dad. So i went 2 my parents' room & they're watching tv and i asked them if they called me and they looked at me & simply & calmly said "no" and went back 2 their movie. I came back and told my sis & i thought SHE had called me since it sounded like her. She insisted it sounded like our dad. It was creepy cuz we both heard the same voice calling me! No one else is around, well i'm convinced my house is haunted anyway cuz lots of stuff that happened & i often have heard my name called. My friend taught me that if u hear something & u know it's not someone, then u shouldn't look cuz u can get possessed. Well thanks 4 sharing this story. Just wanted 2 tell u mine cuz ur not alone in situations like this hehe. ;-) take care,  |

Thats kinda funny (weird), the other day when i got outta my shower, i could've swore i heard someone call my name. It sounded like one of my friends, but they all swore that none of them stopped by my house that day...thanx for posting this   |

This happened in 1994, and after my mom and dad bought another home in 1998, I moved into the old home. A couple weeks after being there, I was sitting in the living room writing checks for my bills, and I heard HER voice say "Mama?", just a few feet from me. I know my sister is in heaven, because she was a christian, but 'something' borrowed her voice. Another time, I heard my dad walk up on the back porch and say " Coot, are you home?" (nickname) And, I went to let him in saying "yeah, dad", and nobody was there. My dad is still alive, so I KNOW spirits 'borrow' voices to trick us and scare us. |
